Trust should be written down and testable.
Open core infrastructure
InterRealm software and tooling are published under the Apache-2.0 License.
Native data rights preserved
Upstream data retains its native license and attribution requirements, including CC BY-4.0 where applicable. Provenance remains granular and travels with the data; source data is not relicensed.
Local records remain local property
District and family extensions must be structurally separated from upstream data so a sync cannot overwrite them and a vendor cannot hold them hostage.
Inference remains visible
Derived or bridged results must identify how they were produced. Silence is not acceptable provenance.
Exit is a system feature
Portability and revocation are architectural requirements, not policy promises added after deployment.
These documents govern Learning Net, the current running project, and live in its repository. They are not yet a foundation-wide charter.
